Did you do anything during your pregnancy!? What kinds of excercises do you do now!?
The weirdest and odd thing is that the place in between your finger and the thumb is usually a GREAT place for alternative methods of REDUCING pain!. Some people will use this pressure point to relieve slight to moderate pain, by squeezing only moderately the skin and tissue there!.
As for your back, it could have something to do with the weight that was put on by your pregnancy and that which remains!. It depends on your body type- petite, tall, plus, etc!. Now, because of your foot pains, it is likely this pain is caused by the weight put on!. Getting rid of the rest should help the most!. But, what about the web in your hand!? Try to press together that area where the skin meets the deeper tissue and hold it for a few minutes, maybe even massage it some- see if that works!. Per the mid-back pain, if you can obtain a non-medical insurance plan or the like, then see about x-rays there!. You could've slipped a disc or something like that, otherwise, if it's muscular, an ENOURMOUS (well, as many as you can) consumptins of fruits will be a natural anti-inflammatory, and maybe that'll help!. A 19-fruit concoction of fruits including acai is made by MonaVie and is greatly known toreduce pain of all sorts!. It killed my migraines of 3 years of hell!. Check out youtube!.com now and type in monavie!. you can check many testimonials and also add search words like "back pain"!. The best fruits are the smaller, darker, berry-like fruits as nature intended darker fruits to have more properties of all sorts (like antioxidants, like you MIGHT need since your web is aching- could be an abnormal response)!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

- a Rife Frequency Machine will help reduce the pain, GB-4000, or the PERL are good machines to buy, resonantlight!.com!. Also check out: www!.rifeforum!.com, rife!.de, Yahoo Rife Group!.

- Eat fruit/eg rich in salicyclic acid, like black cherries, raspberries, strawberries, elderberries, ect!.

- Get plenty of exercise, at least 30mins per day, like brisk walking, swimming or yoga!. Preferably outdoors in the sun, so you get the added benefit of fresh air and Vitamin D production from the sunlight!.

- A massage may help with the pain, get this professionally, or your partner to do this!.

are u still nursing!? it may also be that due to that your calcium storage is gone low and eating properly and high calcium foods can correct the problem, besides that a good quality calcium-magnesium supplement can do wonders to the muscles and joints pains after delivery and during nursing period!. a good brand is one that absorbs fast and easily in the blood and is rich per tablet!. SOLGAR has a tablet called CALCIUM-MAGNESIUM-ZINC and the calcium is of the calcium citrate and per tablet there are about 220 mg!. during lactation you need a 1200-2500 mg intake of calcium (not only from supplements food supplies too)
Eat less sweets (they avoid calcium absorption) and go for 6-7 small meals a day that contain fruits, vegetables, nuts, yogurt, cottage cheese, some meat and chicken, fish is good, eat whole wheat pastries, all these will improve the energy and strength you lost after the birth, the baby takes what is needed for he's/her's growth but not more then you have!.
Hey, a pain killer every once in while can be good too, and look for those veins in your legs might be still enlarged if they were in pregnancy, so massaging them with some olive oil can be helpfull too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
