Question: How do I 'set' the chakras and aura layers to block energy vampires!?
Hello,
I need some help on getting some info about the 'proper' settings how a healthy and well-balanced aura consists of and how one shall set up the chakras (energy flow directions, anything) so that others won't be able to 'steal' energy from me !? I'm using the Silva method (mind control) for meditation!.
(I'm recovering from a serious illness and meanwhile I met the woman of my life who turned out to be an energy vampire and takes energy from me using a wicca technique she learned in a coven!. She thinks she does no harm to me this way but I don't think so and find it very unethical!. She promised not to discharge me, but since then she confessed that she subconsiousnessly 'takes away' from me when she does not concentrate on not doing it on me!. For this reason, I want to 'protect' my energy, until she'll be able to give up this habit!.
She's the love of my life, but I don't want to fall back because I don't have enough energy for two)!.

i!. Confront directly, she will not do it and go away in hurry!.
ii!. Do Guru Mudra!. Touch the tip of the thumbs with tip of the Index finger in both hands!. The circuit will be closed and she will not be able to ooze out your energy!.
iii!. Keep your legs crossed at the ankles in her presence!.
And also check your low pressure and correct it !

First of all, im sorry to hear your in such a difficult situation, here are my suggestions for blocking an energy vampire!.
- Regularily visulize a white protective bubble surrounding you, that protects all of your energy, you may also visulize the religious symbol of your choice to further enhance your protection!. If at any time you feel your energy is being drained, immediately imagine your protective bubble!.
- Focus on raising your chakral power - either through meditation, visulization or chanting!.
- Choose a chant to help protect you, these two are buddhist and should be of help:
Lotus Sutra Mantra -
pronounced: Nam - myo - ho - wren - gey - kyo
Using this mantra will connect you with the spirits of buddhist monks, focus on asking for their protection against the energy vampire and thank them for their help!. Repeat it at any time you feel your energy is under threat!.
Mantra of Green Tara
pronounced: Om Ta-Ray Too-Ta-Ray Too-Ray So-ha
Using this mantra will connect you with the goddess Drolma, as with the above mantra focus on asking for her protection against the energy vampire and thank her for all her help!. Repeat it at any time you feel your energy is under threat!.
