Air from an air conditioner is very dry, so make sure you keep your fluids up!. There is also the not fresh air ion factor: negative ions give the air that fresh feel after a storm; the opposite positive ions are what you get from the air conditioner!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
the_only_solorose has an answer that I agree with! Also check your filter for your A/C!. It should be changed at least every 3 months!.

when was the last time you had the air conditioner serviced!? it could be blowing mold spores into the air and they can make you sick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
