Can I use Epsom Salt in the shower?!
Question: Can I use Epsom Salt in the shower!?

Epsom salt gives benefit for joint pains and other rheumatic pains when used in warm water and body soaked in it for a period of time!. Shower cannot bestow that benefit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
VB, I disagree with the other answer, you most soak in a tub of water for epsom salts to work effectivley on the sore, sprained, whatever the ach, you need to soak it , the shower will just wash off like soap!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
