Question: Whats a good over the counter medication to take for a sore throat and ear ache!?
My mom has a sore throat and her voice sounds froggy, she said she also has an earache!. What can I buy at CVS pharmacy that will help her until she can see her doctor this week!? Please help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1)gargle and spit out warm water with salt mixed several times a day
2)tylenol 500mg (max of 8 tabs per day)
--or (tylenol "sore throat" coating liquid-it's blue by cold medicine liquids)
3) cold-eeze cough lozenges (contain zinc and vitamin c)
4)earache relief drops (herbal- over the counter, at CVS)
5)chicken noodle soup (or any other food with garlic and onions- they are natural anti-microbials)Www@Answer-Health@Com
