First, keep a headache diary!. When do you get them,
what time of day, what did you do, eat, focus on, have
around you!?
A lot of headaches are triggered by everyday things: food,
position, even beauty or cleansing products in your
environment!. An elimination diet of the most frequent
things you eat and are around, may give you some
relief!.
Secondly, use your body FOR itself!. Consciously
relax, give yourself or get a massage, stretch, and
put aromatic oils, especially peppermint, on your
temples!. Envision relaxing ways of being, let it go!.
Let the pain flow away from you, water flow through
and carry it away!.
You can find a way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
