How can I help my onset insomnia? Nothing I have tried worked?!

Question: How can I help my onset insomnia!? Nothing I have tried worked!?
I have had onset insomnia for years now, but the past few months it has gotten so bad!. Even if I go to bed at like 11pm and am exhausted, I cannot fall asleep until like 4 -5 am!. Right now I am not in school or working at this time, so I can sleep in later in the day to catch up on sleep but I am really worried about it never getting better!. Come september I have college classes that start at 8am, which means I have to wake up around 5:30 - 6 so that will equal like 1 hour of sleep a night if I don't get this figured out!. I have tried 2 different prescription sleeping pills, herbal sleeping pills, and over the counter things like nytol and none of them helped at all, in fact the sleeping pills gave me a buzz and made me more awake lol!. I don't drink coffee so its not like that is effecting me, so what other things can I do to help this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

just a thought but some meds have reverse reaction on my mother in law as well as others, lile benedryl hypes her up, sudaphed makes her sleepy, have you ever noticed this!? possibly on one day you could try a decongestant, like sudaphed and see if it makes you sleepy!. this could be true for u 2, i have heard of the other thing about telling each part of your body to relax, you tense it up and relax it a few times, then tell it (the body part) to relax and move on to the next!. good luck,

I would recommend Valerian root!. Try to start reading an hour be for you plan to go to bed, then take a valaria supplement!. When you lay down, start at your feet, saying out loud or in your head how relaxed they feel, and so on, until they are very relaxed, then move up your legs, and so on!. If you continue to do this I bet you see results within 2 weeks!. And not only will you not be using pharmaceuticals, but you will be able to stop the Valerian because it is non addictive!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
