If you go to a reputable masseuse a full body is head to toe!. no genitals and it might include the butt but usually they will ask if you feel comfortable!. breasts are excluded but the pecks are usually massaged!.
If you see the blinking red sign and have to go downstairs or down a dark hallway and the masseuse is wearing a skimpy outfit, then a full body is exactly that, a full body!. and a "happy ending" is well, you know!

Massage therapists do not massage the genitals at all!. That's when massage therapy crosses the line in prostitution!. Prostitution is only legal in a few places here in America!. A full body massage from a massage therapist means no nipples, breast tissue, genitals, or butt crack!. They might not even massage your abdomen unless you ask them too!.
