My friend gets really bad hemmrhoids and i dont know what to tell her!. I feel really bad for her cuz she is in alot of pain! Can someone help please so i can at least tell her what to do!. Thanks everyone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would suggest adding a stool softener to her nightly routine!. One of the main reasons for hemorrhoids is "straining"!.!.!.when the BM is softer, no straining is required!.
Adding tons of water to the diet can naturally soften stools as well, but overall a balanced diet should do the trick!.
The person should also not ignore their body signals!.!.!.Going to the restroom when the URGE to go is present will help to alleviate pushing when the urge is not present!.
If no results, then a visit to the doctor is definitely in order!. There are laser treatments available with practically no down time to reduce swelling, or eliminate the problem completely!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There aren't any good home remedies that actually work!. You really need to go see a doctor to make sure the case isn't too severe!. The best thing to do in the mean time is to use stool softeners and some hemorrhoid cream!.

Cool shallow bath, called sitz bath!.
Witch hazel soaked gauze, cloth, cotton, whatever placed on the area!.
Ice wrapped in gauze placed on the area!.
Keeping the area very clean by using warm water spray instead of paper!.
Lubricating the area with petroleum based (Vaseline) or better yet a water based lubricant (KY) well before an bowel movement!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
