Why causes some people to sneeze multiple times?!

Question: Why causes some people to sneeze multiple times!?
I know it could be allergy but could it also be that they just naturally need to cleanse out mucus & the sneezing will help them blow their nose!. I had a book once that showed people who cleansed their noses out!. The book had alot of yoga poses & other ways to naturally cleanse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A sneeze (or sternutation) is a semi-autonomous, convulsive expulsion of air from the lungs, most commonly caused by foreign particles irritating the nasal mucosa!. Sneezing can further be triggered through sudden exposure to bright light, a particularly full stomach, or as a result of unexpected, climatic variations in one's environment such as rapid changes in temperature and humidity levels!. This could cause one or multiple sneezes!.

Sneezing is typically brought on by some sort of irritation in the nasal cavity, which is then (hopefully) forcibly evacuated by the sneeze!. Sneezes are triggered by such things as allergens or infections, such as cold or flu!. As you mention allergic sneezes usually come in bursts of multiple sneezes and are typically unproductive (not a lot of mucus) although this isn't always the case!.

I'm not sure exactly but probably your nose is definitely rejecting something!. My hub has major allergies and he will sneeze like that just for no reason!. I don't know about sneezing to cleanse though!. You probably shouldn't force it though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you sneeze cause the little hairs in your nose catch particles of stuff and you sneeze to get them out!. if they don't get out entirely you keep sneezing until they do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
