Question: Saint johns wart powder question!?

I bought a bag of Saint johns wart powder and it arrived today!. It says to take 1tsp two to three times a day, and nothing else!.
So how do I take it!? Do I make it into a tea, or mix it into a drink or what!? ( !._!.)>Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:

Mix with warm/lupe warm water, or add to a Herbal tea, like Green tea to get the added benefits of antioxidants!.
Alternatively, add to a smoothy of Kefir/Yoghurt and Fruit, you won't even taste it!.
