Im a Pharmacy Cpht and i have never seen tramadol taken 200 mg at once!. 8 tablets is the max you should have in a DAY--Tramadol 50mg each tablet--I wouldnt take it!. If you happen to have a script for it and it seems not to be helping you, call your doctor please and see if you can get somthing else!.
