Question: Help: My friend gave me a pill and I didn't know anything about it until now!?
She said it will make me feel better!. I took it without knowing what it was!. I ask her what it was!. She said all my pain and depression will go away!.
The pill is red and fat!. It has a picture of a Scorpion on it!.
My feelings: I can't even explain it!. I feel really good!. I can't keep myself calm!. It's making me really happy like I never experienced before!. My heart is beating fast!. When I talk I mumble and I'm talking really slow!.
When I hear music it makes me feel good!. It makes me wanna dance!.
I'm shaking while I'm typing!.
She left and went to pick up her other friend!. I feel lonely!. I'm by myself!. I feel like going outside and it's making me go outside!.

I'm gonna take a guess and assume it was MDMA (Ecstasy) The best advice I can give you is to try and relax!. It's effects are to make you emotional, so what you're feeling right now is normal!. she gave you ecstacy most e pills will have a picture of something random on them and from what you said you were feeling definetly sounds like your rolling i wouldnt worry about anything your just gonna be high for a while but youll be fine so just enjoy your high lol
