Question: Natural Birth Control!?
I have been on the pill for 7 1/2 years!. All the women on my mothers side have a history of osteoporosis and I have been dealing with chronic BV for 4 years!. I am going to take a long break but i do not want to have a kid!. I am allergic to condoms and they give me BV and a yeast infection which leads to a BV infection (even the non-latex condoms)!. So i was going to try using the pull out method with spermicidal lube along with SDM method or Rhythm Calendar!. Does anyone have any input on these methods or suggestions other than NO SEX!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are sensitive to condoms you will be more sensitive to spermicidal gel, which can cause both infection and inflammation and raises the chance of ectopic pregnancy!. I would strongly advise against it!.
The calendar method is not foolproof but is probably the safest method you can try as there are no infectious side effects!.
To prevent or slow the onset of osteoporosis, you should also base your diet on fruts, vegetables, and whole grains and be taking calcium citrate supplements as well as magnesium and Vitamin D supplements!. Omega 3 and GALA supplements will help repair any existing bone damage!.
However, with all of this, the most important thing you can do for your bones is to do weight-bearing exercist at least 3 times a week

I'm not an expert, but I've heard the pull out method does NOT work! And the rhythm method can be really unreliable!. Have you talked to your doctor yet!? They would have good suggestions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Bacterial vaginosis can be a mess!. About half the time it seems to go away with no problem, and the rest it seems to come back again, and again, and again!. I assume you're in that category!.

Oh!. The copper IUD!. That's perfect here!. No hormones, no latex, and a whole hell of a lot more reliable!. Even if you're allergic to copper, because of it's location, it's alright to use as well (copper induced dermatitis is specific to the skin)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
