My faviorite form is just sitting in a silent room, maybe with some white niose or some nature sounds (like a thunderstorm, ocean, forest, etc) and just relax!.
Concentrate on your breathing!.
If chanting something helps, write yourself a little chant to help focus on what you want to accomplish!. (i!.e!. relaxation, gain confidence, lower stress, raise energy level, etc!.!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would look into Holosync!.!.!.I haven't been using it nearly long enough to talk about long-term results, but it definitely is doing something that you can feel!. Expensive and sounds too good to be true, but I did my research and it seems to be working for a lot of people out there!. Just the optimism about it working is doing the trick so far!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Before I go to sleep, I meditate and relax myself into a state of half-consiousness!. I can hear things and am aware of them, but I don't think about it!. It makes me so relaxed and it's amazing, but I have no idea how I do!. It just happens!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
