It depends if the therapist is skilled enough to really find the correct points of stimulation!. My father works with someone who does Reflexology on the side and he was able to take away a sinus headache just by stimulating points on the fingers!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I have not tried reflexology, but I have had acupuncture and it works incredibly!. My whole family gets it done!. I was having stomach problems every day and I got acupuncture done ONCE and now I seldom ever have a problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
