Be careful about unfermented soy products, evening primrose oil, and anything else which may be considered a phytoestrogen!. Natural progesterone also may help!. I suggest you consult a holistic practitioner/naturopath they can help you in so many ways!. I commend you for your stance on pills, as they are poison!. I'm kind of having the same issue, just found out that my daily doses of Silk soymilk and evening primrose have actually been causing my horrible periods and moodswings, which can be attributed to estrogen dominance (which I brought on myself by trying to be "healthier")!. Yeah right!. I started drinking soymilk in December and incidentally that is when I started to go crazy but it never clicked until my naturopath asked me about my diet and she told me to immediately stop the Silk habit!. Coffee can also instigate PMS!. You should really talk to someone who is knowledgeable on this subject because we have been duped by the soybean industry!. Do a search on Dr!. John Lee and read his article on the dangers of soybeans!. Good luck to you and take care!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, the most popular natural products for hormone support would be Dong Quai, Black Cohosh, Vitex (also called Chasteberry), Wild Yam, Damiana Leaf, Motherwort, GLA (Gamma Linolenic Acid, commonly in Borage Oil and Evening Primrose Oil), and some Soy germ products!.
Good luck!

Do NOT take anything until you have a complete Female Hormone Panel (blood test) at the docs office!. You need to know specifically which hormones are off!. Don't play guessing games with your health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
