What is Shabanging??!

what is agua de chango!? i have an uncle who have problems with drugs!. i just visited his house and in a room he doesn't use he has en extra bed, and i noticed next to that bed what a wierd black bottle, with a litle research i thought it was hooak, but the bottle is diffrent!. his was black, a little bigger from the bottom, and it got smaller as it reached the top portion!. so now i think it might be "agua de chango" but i have no clue what that is, all i know is that its called shabanging in english!. please help me figure out what this is!.!.!. thank youWww@Answer-Health@Com
