i had bad eczema as a small child and then it cleared up for many years!. it has now flared up again and i don't want to put the chemicals from eczema creams on my body!. what are some natural or herbal remedies i can use to treat eczema!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

the chemical creams are not nice long term as i'm sure you know!.
you could try using chamomile essential oil (dissolved in a fragrance free cream rather than oil) and also try using a little in the bath!. there are loads of sites on aromatherapy that'll tell you how to use essential oils if you don't know already!.
otherwise, i have taken a herb called pau d'arco before and i found it excellent!. you can get it in most good health shops!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
