There are two that are easy to get and very very effective and fairly cheap!. Try baked garlic and or epsom salt!. Also vitamin C can be good too!. At GNC they have a pretty good powdered vitamin C in a bottle, it's like megadoses of vit C and you can sprinkle some over what you eat or specially mix it in what you drink!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
