Diphenhydramine is available over the counter and usually helps most people with mild sleeplessness get to sleep!. This is the same drug thats in Pain Reliever PM's (Tylenol, Advil, etc!.) but you can buy it without the pain killer at any Wal-Mart, Target, Pharmacy, etc!.!. Be careful, though - despite what you might be told, it CAN be addicting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
if you take melatonin plus!.!. skin vitamin but helps calm the mind!.!. it should help you sleep very well!. It is a bit costy but should be found at any natural health store!. (herbal store)!. If you dont want to try those i suggest rescue remedy!. Taste like rum but a little under the tongue and you'll be out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well it depends!. Over the counter stuff i legal!. Stuff like tylenol PM/advil pm are legal to buy!.
