Ginger helps motion sickness?!

Question: Ginger helps motion sickness!?
Has anyone tried ginger candy!? Or ginger root in general for upset stomaches and motion sickness!? Does it really work!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Ginger (tea, root, candy, juice) warms the stomach!. The stomach works best when it is warm & worst/slowest when cold!.

Motion sickness (& nausea, in general) are often due to stomach weakness, causing lack of movement through which results in that energy "backing up" and causing motion sickness, dizziness, nausea, headache, indigestion, heartburn or other similar symptoms!.

Overuse of ginger can cause too much heat in the digestive system, causing bad breath, red or dry eyes, hives, etc!. Only use it as needed, and not long-term or every day!.

Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!. It does stop the nausea from developing!. You are absolutely right!.

You can try ginger candy, but press the juice of fresh ginger in some ice tea and have that in a small bottle as well in case ginger candy (which I have never tried) doesn't work!.

All the best!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it works kind of well but it dosnt take all the pain away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
