Well first of all hop into a really nice hot steamy bath and soak yourself in some epsom salt!. A massage helps as well!. Oh and the absolute best thing to do is to stretch!. There are a few herbs that works wonders but if you don't have them then theres no need in talking about them!. So I just gave you a few quick ways to help!.
