In your country Sam-e is a prescription med, but it does work well!. Also 5-HTP works quite well!. Both of these work with the natural substances in your body to allow you to sleep - they don't MAKE you sleep!. check them out on Google and choose for yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I dont have any actual brand names but look out for these following remedies which can be found in any health store!. Valerian root is the leading herb for insomnia!. It makes getting to sleep easier and increases deep sleep!. B-Complex vitamins helps to produce serotonin and promote sleep!. Californian Poppy is a natural hypnotic:it prepares for peaceful sleep, reduces sleeping problems, waking during the night and difficulties in falling asleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Chamomile tea is a natural sedative - I introduced my nan to it as she insomniac andfound it really helps!. Twinings do chamomile & spiced apple tea which is good if you don't like the taste of just chamomile!. You could also try putting a few drops of lavender oil on your pillow as this is soothing!. Otherwise there is a herb called valerian you can take!. Herbal nytol is also an option - I take it sometimes at exam time but it makes your dreams trippy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
