Nothing is going to cure your cold but time and rest!. However, to make the symptoms more bareable try burning some lemon eucalyptus oil and make a hot drink : boil some water, add a slice of ginger, a pinch of tumeric powder, a teaspoon of honey, and a generous squeeze of lemon!. This will help clear sinuses, reduce inflammation, help your sore throat and help build imunity!. Also try and eat lots of onion and garlic as they contain heaps of phytochemicals which are great for immunity and restoring the body!. Also, you can try echniacea tablets which are the common herb used for coughs and colds!. However, it is really just designed to help build immunity!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Butterbur (Petasites hybridus)
Echinacea (Echinacea angustifolia/Echinacea pallida/Echinacea purpurea)
Evening Primrose (Oenothera biennis )
Goldenseal (Hydrastis canadensis)

The best thing to do is research each one then try them one at a time until you find the one that works best for you!. The stinging nettle is free, so I'd try that one first!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For stuffiness, put some Olbas Oil on a piece of tissue paper and sniff it to clear your nose!. It sounds like a cold, but if you have had these symptoms for a while you could try contacting a homeopathist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
