i hate the taste of epsom slat and i really want to take it!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.but with juice!.!.!.!.!.so if i take it with Hawaiian punch or something will it still work!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yup!. It'll still work!. The active 'part' of epsom salts is the Magnesium cation in the salt, it's the same thing that's in certain OTC laxatives and upset stomach relievers!. Unless you're mixing it with something that can sequester that much magnesium (And I can't think of a damn thing that does offhand), you can mix it with whatever you'd like!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It absolutely will still work!. You might try apple juice, I heard that is one of the best for masking the flavor!. You must drink it as soon as you stir it though, because the flavor of the epsom salts intensifies the longer it sits!. Good luck with it!. Be ready to throw up if you do!. I haven't researched it ,but I think this can do damage to you because your body can't handle a lot of salt all at once!. Be careful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
