i have bought the above product to help with my low mood and pms symptoms!. how quickly will it work and is it ok to take long term!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's a brilliant herbal remedy! It takes about 2 - 3 months to have it's full effect, but it's worth the wait!.
It's great for combating mood swings, tearfulness and also clears PMS spots, water retention and irregular bleeding!. It's not a good idea to take it with the contraceptive pill though, because Agnus Castus can decrease the effectiveness of it!
Do make sure your diet is rich in the nutrients listed below, and consider supplements if you think you're lacking:
B vits
Calcium
Magnesium
Vit C
Omega 3, 6 and 9 oils
Also, do consider evening primrose and milk thistle for your moods!. Evening primrose helps balance your hormones and milk thistle helps cleanse your body of unwanted 'waste' oestrogen that can unbalance your hormones!.

yes it is ok to take long term, however it often takes a full cycle to see the results so persist for 30 days or soWww@Answer-Health@Com
