Do you mean Tums!? Anyways fatty acids found in borage oil, evening primrose oil, flax seed oil form stools!. Wild Oregano and Olive leaf extract are used for diarrhea because they kill bacteria, viruses, parasites and worms that cause it!. Also i would have 1 or 2 quarts of gatorade a day to replace fluids and if you are not eating much I would take spirulina with orange juice, cranberry juice{Removes e-coli},pinnapple juice{Contains bomalain enzyme that is a natural anti-inflamatory}!. Dole company has a bananna pinnaple and orange juice that's good!. Also use on;y 100% cranberry!. Lastly if you have diebetes, hypoglycemia or have allergies be sure you don't take anything that upsets you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
