If you get a bump on your head you could die by drinking and taking the painkillers, because the blood can easily get through the wound!. It really depends on what kind of pills and what kind of alcoholic drink!. The safest answer is NO, do not mix ANY kind of pills with alcohol because you do not know how your body will react!. Body mass is important too, but better to be safe than sorry!.
