Question: Anyone try one of those hypnosis CD's!?
I was kind of wondering if they work!. I've never gotten any hypnosis CD's, but I wondered if might be good idea!. I'm looking for something I can plug into my earphones while I sleep!. Do these things really work, or is it just some weirdo repeating the same stuff over and over again!? I'm looking for something for stress and anger management, maybe something along the lines of subliminal messages!. Any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

In bought tapes and CD's the tape is on the contrary made as vague as possible to reach a wide range of people, and that doesn't work for most people!. Moreover, the suggestion remains the same and your results or lack of them are not monitored to permit a change of course if necessary!.

I have gotten those before and I find no effect whattsoever!. That doesn't mean they don't work or won't work for you, but they didn't for me!. i have a suggestion though!. The guy who speaks on my CD makes some grammar mistakes and I just can't get past that!. So everytime I tried to listen to it, the mistakes just came blaring at me-i could never really relax!. So, if it is possible to listen to a portion of the CD that would help to see if you can handle the voice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
