The herb myrrh I have used to prevent scarring!. I poured a shot of espresso on my hand once when working at a coffee shop and my skin was so burned it bubbled!. There is no scar after using myrrh!. I put myrrh from a capsule mixed with extra virgin olive oil to a loose peanut butter consistency and put it daily on the area under a bandage!. I don't know about with keloids,but myrrh is a natural antiseptic and a skin re-builder!. Horsetail is good topically as well and these all mix well with oil!.
