Do you take it before you eat or after you eat!.!.!. and if you do take it before you eat do you have to wait like a few minutes before!?

I don't think it matters!. What are you taking it for!? Take it with a meal if your worried!. If you have a stomach ache you should take some ginger!. There is a drink called ginger soother try that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
