Anxiety is usually brought on by stress!. Calcium is known for it's effects on teeth, bones and hair but a lot of people don't realise that deficiency in calcium can lead to hypertension (high blood pressure), anxiety, insomnia, muscle spasms, depression and irritability!. The best type to take is liquid calcium and it is available in most good health food stores or pharmacies!.
