all medications work in the brain, that is where pain receptors are housed , you for example precieve pain? in your knee perhaps due to inflamation but the pain inpulse is being received ,interprated and in turn sent back by your brain!. all medications are formulated to target and be recieved by certian receptors in the brain which then interupt these inpulses!. like making small breaks in an electrical cord, electricity may still flow through but intermitently and with less power!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
