Heard about lawsuits against Nuva Ring, what's a safer low dose alternative?!
Question: Heard about lawsuits against Nuva Ring, what's a safer low dose alternative!?
I've been using the Nuva Ring now for about 6 months and I absolutely love it!. I've never used birth control in my life and have been always very healthy!. I saw a commercial on tv urging users who've experienced blood clots, strokes, or heart attacks, etc, to contact them because there are many class action lawsuits against the makers of Nuva Ring!. With more research, I looked up a lot of stories and articles of women, even young non-smokers with great health tracks, who've died from blood clots and/ or other causes!.
i love the Nuva Ring but don't want to be a statistic and was wondering if anyone knew of a better alternative!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is an ambulance chasing lawsuit!. Nuva is no more associated with blood clots than any other form of birth control!.
Let me put it this way, your odds of dying or having serious health complications from pregnancy are literally thousands and thousands of times higher than those of a blood clot!.
However, if you want to look into other things - there's a combined contraceptive patch birth control, called Ortho Evra!. There's also low dose estrogen pills - but you'll have to ask your gynecologist about those!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

They have the depo shot that lasts for 3 months!. But really all oral, patch, shot, ring contraceptives are the same thing (same hormone) and have the same/similar side effects and complications!. Use what works for you!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Abstinence! just kidding :)
Well, low risk or not, birth control is not safe!.
I suggest the family planning method along with purchasing a ovulation meter!.That way you are not messing with your hormones and you can still prevent pregnancy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
