Bentonite Clay???????!
Question: Bentonite Clay!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
For a teenager, is it better to take a bath in this clay, or ingest it orally!? One of the main reasons I want to use this is to detox from metals, such as mercury (I have amalgam fillings ;-(((, but when i am older I will get them replaced w/ white ones!.) Any ideas or additional information is appreciated as well!. ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

if using just the activated charcoal make sure it is activated and mix with juice and make a charcoal slurry!.!.do not take at the same time you take synthetic vitamins or medical drugs as it interferes with their absorption but it is ok to take with natural substances!.
