Question: What's the point in doing a clay bath if it's unlikely they actually work!?!?

Hmmm!.!.!. I know that wet clay is good for dandruff but I'm not sure about it's cleansing powers!. If you're flakey your money wasn't a total loss but the next time I would just go for run of the mill clay in the powered form!. It should be much cheaper!.

Hey, if you're interested and you haven't blown all of your money on clay, I have a recipe for a wonderful tonic that my great-great grandmother left to me when she died at the age of 104!.!.!.she drank it every day!. Said it was the secret to her long life!. Sorry, couldn't help m'self there!. My great grandma DID live to be 104 though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The real question is: do you, personally, need to detox!?

Detoxifying clay baths are serious treatments for people with certain medical problems!. Yes, clay really can pull toxins from your body, and for people whose bodies retain toxins at an unusually high rate, the effect is noticeable, and NOT pleasant!. They are not enjoying their bath!

Most people eliminate the chemicals that get in their bodies through exhalation (breathing out,) perspiration (sweating) and elimination (peeing and pooping!.)

You may as well keep the clay!. At the very least it will be good for your skin, and perhaps you will benefit from it!. Or maybe you could give it away on eBay to someone who is ill and really needs it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

They use them a lot in Europe!. For one month when I lived in Italy, I had this clay power!. Had to put a teaspoon in a glass of water and let it sit overnight!. The next morning, the clay had sunk to the bottom and I had t drink the water (not the bottom with the clay)!. It must have detoxed, because my acne cleared up and I had the clearest skin!. I have never heard anyone say clay doesn't help remove toxins!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Clay can absorb toxins, but the idea that your body is going to start excreting through your pores in greater amounts because you are sitting in a clay bath is rather absurd!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's good if you like to potter about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
