Is raw milk healthier than pasteurized milk?!

Question: Is raw milk healthier than pasteurized milk!?
I heard that pasteurized milk is unhealthier than raw milk, because when milk is pasteurized, vitamins and nutrients are taken out of it,is this true!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Milk from animals contains a lot of the virius that the cow has, like bovine hiv!. Although pasteurizing it removes most of it, it doesn't remove all of it!. Also many of these diseases you can get through digestion!. It is said that almost 60% of all cattle have bovine hiv or a bovine luciema!. So you are consuming that!.

In general, neither milk is good, for anything!. The potein acutally makes you lose calcium!. They did a bunch of tests and found that milk actually doesn't help build strong bones!. It is more or less a lie that they said to get you to buy it!.

here is some info:

the dairy industry pays around 150 million a year to adverstise!.
In the past, lord know how long, there has only been 51 studies of the effects of milk (there should have been thousands)!.
Of the 51 tests, only 27 are crediable by any scentific standards!.
Of the 27, only 1 says that it helped bones, while 3 said it harmed them, and the rest said it had no effect either way!.

Dont believe me!? you can look it up in the national health library, type in milk and find all sorts of studies about it!.

Also think about this!. Milk used to be good because it had lots of calcium!. They found out that the calcium in milk didn't help build bones, so now they are saying it has lots of protein for strong bones, but that doesn't even work!.

There is even an organization that is building up the money to sue the dairy industry for all the false advertising, but they are currently trying to get all the data from the research!. The dairy industry isn't something you simply walk up to fight, they earn billions a year!.

For milk, there is almond milk, soy milk, and rice milk!. Those are the 3 that you can try!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pasteurization kills bacteria (germs) which are found in raw milk!. And if you don't think those germs can be a problem, you're sadly mistaken - very mistaken! Virtually none of the vital nutrients are removed, denatured or otherwise rendered ineffective during pasteurization!. Homogenization simply breaks up fat particles in whole milk and distributes it evenly throughout the milk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The first answer is partially right!.!.!. the vitamins and minerals aren't touched much with the pasteurization mostly because the minerals aren't affected much by heat and there are minimal vitamins specifically (mostly just Vitamin D, which is added back in anyway)!.
However, the part that is affected would be the enzymes and probiotics (the good bacteria), and those are very beneficial for you (especially in digestion)!.

The main drawback is exactly what the first answerer mentioned!.!.!. there could be some bad bacteria in with the good bacteria!. But think of it this way!.!.!. people drank cow's milk for thousands of years before pasteurization came along and cows weren't known as death-bringers (even before antibiotics)!. As long as the cows aren't sick and their stalls are kept clean (or at least their udders are cleaned thoroughly before the milking), you shouldn't have anything to worry about!.
Pasteurization was mainly brought into the use of being "common" because it made the milk last longer, not just because of the lower amount of bacteria in it (although that was one reason among several)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've heard the same thing about raw milk being healthier!. Pasteurization changes the proteins and fats in the milk making it unhealthy!. Here's an article about it!.
http://articles!.mercola!.com/sites/articl!.!.!.

I'm not a milk drinker!. Like you I use rice milk!. Almond milk is a good alternative!. It's pretty easy to make yourself at home!.

You can also use other nuts besides almonds to make it!. Make sure you use raw nuts!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

According to the book "Skinny *****" the entire dairy industry is a gimmick!. What the book says is basically that dairy wreaks havoc to the immune system!. They claim milk should only be ingested as an infant, from humans!. -Nursing enables rapid growth and weight gain!. The cow is one of the larger mammals on the planet!. So, consuming dairy (from cows) is one of the leading causes to weight gain!. -Which does make sense!. (Get the book) They get more in depth with the dairy dilemma!. Like how milk contains pesticides, chemicals, and other crap cows ingest or their infected utters that aren't entirely eliminated through pasteurization!. Pretty gross!.
But, if you've ever heard of Dr!. Mercola!.!.!. www!.mercola!.com He claims that raw milk is by far more nutritious than the pasteurized **** by a long shot!. If you haven't heard of Kiefer, it's like a superfood yogurt, you might wanna try that!. -Has the same benefits as the claims of raw milk!.
Hope that helps!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Whether it's raw or pasteurized, cow's milk is bad for your body!. It's not healthy for you!. Cow's milk is made for cows, not for people!. That's why research ahs shown drinking cow's milk leads to an increase in obesity as well as coughs and colds due to mucus formation and lower immunity!.

If you must drink milk, take goat's milk!. Or else don't take milk at all!. People don't need to drink milk!. Actually, humans are the only ones who still drink milk after they're weaned!. And they're the only ones who normally take milk from other animals!. It's not something we need to do!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pasteurization kills germs that are in raw milk!.

Before they pasteurized milk and other items, more people got sick and died from infections from bacteria in the milk!.

Don't believe everything you read on the Internet!.

(Except this!. Believe this!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com
