Both hydroxytryptophan (5HTP) and melatonin are legal to purchase in the UK!.
I personally have bought them from high street retail establishments, namely GNC, Holland and Barrett, Boots and Julian Graves!.
Bloody expensive, but both very useful in overcoming jetlag!.

Dont know what 5HTP stands for but it is not illeagel to buy melatonin!. It is classed as a food supplement but is not on the list of approved drugs in the UK!? Www@Answer-Health@Com
