You should try to gargle salt water!. I know it sounds disgusting, but it is fast and easy, and there is no better home-made remedy!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Have you ever heard or tried vitamin C powder!. I know i'm a health care professional in the making but there are times when pharmaceutical medicine doesn't work as great as natural medicine!. But I suffer from chronic sore throat and nothing really has helped me as much as this vitamin C powder!. One of my ex coworkers told me about it and it really helped out a Lot! I got it from a store called Sprouts and I even recommend it to my pt's and it does help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
