Slippery elm powder, ginger root (especially if nausea is involved), chamomile tea, catnip tea!. Aloe vera juice or gel is good, make sure you get a really good, 100% organic brand instead of the watered down stuff they sell at some big chain superstores!. One guy told me that he suffered from really bad Crohn's disease and could get no relief from meds, doctors and etc!., and drinking aloe vera juice daily completely cured him!. There are many reasons for upset stomach!. Therefore I'll give you a few remedies that you may choose from!.
Ensure that your bowel is active!. Constipation problem can cause the digestive system to become clogged and so result in the slowing down of digestion!. This can result in the formation of gas which in turn causes upset stomach!. To ensure free bowel movement eat fruits and vegetables that are high in fiber!. Cabbage is excellent!.

Other remedies are:
Lime or lemon juice
Lime or lemon water
Orange juice
Grapefruit juice
Ginger steeped in boiling water
Real ginger bear
Nutmeg steeped in boiling water
papaya

There are a few remedies but they affect people differently!.
My mother in law always tells me to have peppermint for a stomach an upset stomach!. This remedy works for me but not my husband!. So it may or may not work for you!. However it is an old remedy so give it a try!.!.try regular peppermint candies (the easiest and probably the fastest), mint teas, or even chew on fresh mint leaves!.

My grandfather said they always used candied ginger!. You want to use candied because straight ginger is way to strong as far as taste!.
