I meditate in several different ways!. One way is I sit quietly in a classic meditation pose and concentrate on my breathing!. Then I "talk" to my body in a way!. I ask it if there are any problems and deal with any that may come up!. I do this to get to know myself!. To stay on top of my problems, and let go of things I no longer need!. I also meditate in bed, before I sleep, and after I wake up!. I meditate by drinking hot tea, it helps me think!. I meditate to stay aware of things in my life and how my body is working!. I believe everything happens for a reason so I pay attention and reflect on little things that might have a deeper meaning!. I also need just to sit still and be quiet once in a while!. It helps me to stay calm and stress free!. I hope that helps, and good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
