Salt water or some apple cider vinegar diluted in warm water as a mouth rinse!.
I use chamomile, echinacea, calendula and licorice as a mouth wash for mouth ulcers!. If you can get any of these herbs from the health food store make a *strong* tea and use it as a mouth wash!.
Zinc and vitamin C lozenges will also help to heal it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Mouth ulcers can be infected very fast, so I suggest going to your doctor or take an immediate action!.
