How can i get a whole day of sleep?!


Question: How can i get a whole day of sleep!?
im insomniac and i usually dont sleep till around 5am and im trying to devote a whole day to sleeping

do any of you know a way i can accomplish this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can try eating something like turkey which has a natural chemical that makes you sleepy, take 3 valerian root pills which will calm you down so you can sleep (you should take those every night if you have insomnia they will help you ) and drink a tall cup of chamomille tea which will also help you sleep, and if you want to sleep all day take two advil pms!. The other natural sleeping methods like the tea and valerian will not badly interact with the advil so you will be fineWww@Answer-Health@Com

There are some easy herbal remedies you can purchase at your local drug store, or health food store!. Valerian, meletonin, or L-tryptophane are things I have used quite successfully!. Eating something high in carbohydrates, or turkey or chicken (both meats are contain naturally occuring tryptophane)!. Any one of these foods help promote sleep!. You'll throw off your sleep cycles!. Try light therapy and melatonin to get your sleep cycles in order!. A whole day of sleep would probably leave you more tired than you were beforehand!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
