Question: Natural cold & bronchitis preventative!?
Now that Fall is approaching, URI's & Bronchitis are increasing!. I tend to catch colds easily!. I already take vitamin C!. I'm allergic to Echinacea!. What else can I take regularly to boost my immunity!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

If u take medicines for cold it'll go off in a week, and if u don't it'll go off in 7 days!. Better not take any medicine and wait for 7 days, coz the body needs time to fight the cold and make your immunity system strong against further attacks!. :)
If u want to try anything herbal, this is very effective for common cold, fever and throat ailments!. Herbal coffee!. add a tespoon of crushed corriander seeds to the mixture!.

Avoid all cold fooding and drinkings,take ear,nose,throat ptotection against cold thru muffler etc
Gurgle with warm water with tiny little salt mixed and menthol ,wash your nosetrils with it too
Not only Vit-C, you also need to take anti-oxidant (available in colored fruit and vegetables like carrots,tomatoes,berries,garlic,and leafy vegetables )
and Cod-liver oil capsules!.
