Planters fascistic problems?!


Question: Planters fascistic problems!?
I went to the doc today for a spure on my feet the doc took a needle and jabbed it in both feet he said it was to help with the inflammation but now i literal can not walk on my feet the pain is so un bare-able bad how long does this pain last and is it normal!? I do soak it in cold water and do th stretched but it very hard Www@Answer-Health@Com

Because the tissues are very inflamed stretching them at the moment is going to irritate them even more!.
Its best if you try and rest and do things like Ice packing as well as anti-inflamatories!.
You could try taping your feet into a position of ease but unfortunately it isn't something you can describe easily!. Perhaps you can do a search on 'position of ease tapping' Or Fascial Offsetting"
When the tissues have calmed down you can try gentle stretching and maybe look at orthrotics to put your feet more into a position of ease so that the plantar fascia isn't stretched / provoked as much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Spellcheck time, it's Plantar fasciitis!.!.!.!.sounds like you may have got a cortisone shot!. It is NOT a first line treatment, but there you go, it's done!. The pain often gets worse for about 24 hours before it gets better!. Usually we recommend stretching programs, icing and anti-inflammatory meds!. Arch supports you can put in your shoes may help if you have flat feet!. Most people with PF do!. A heel spur suggests that this process has been going on for a long time, assuming it is proven you have one on xray

Plantar fasciitis is painful and potentially debilitating!. The first line for treatment is stretching!. Build or purchase an incline board so that you can step on it to stretch your achilles very well!. Stand on it for at least 15 minutes ( you may have to build up to that)!. It may take several months to heal!.

I have Planters fascistic!. It developed when I moved this summer!. It took weeks for the pain to subside, but now I have fine!. Stretching worked best for me!. Some people say to roll your foot and a Bottle or something of that shape!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
