Is there a nutrient or something that can help with muscle fatigue?!

Question: Is there a nutrient or something that can help with muscle fatigue!?
For years, I've needed to rest often (lie down) when doing work such as doing dishes or chopping vegetables, but lately it's worse!. My back muscles just seem to get sore very quickly!. I keep thinking that I've become deficient or something, because I'm probably not all that much weaker than before (muscle-wise)!.

Note: it's not a pulled muscle or anything like that!. It's just an overall soreness in the muscles that starts when I stand and work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Common symptoms of fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome:

Pain - The pain of fibromyalgia has no boundaries!. People describe the pain as deep muscular aching, throbbing, shooting, and stabbing!. Intense burning may also be present!. Quite often, the pain and stiffness are worse in the morning and you may hurt more in muscle groups that are used repetitively!.

Fatigue - This symptom can be mild in some fibromyalgia patients and yet incapacitating in others!. The fatigue has been described as "brain fatigue" in which patients feel totally drained of energy!. Many patients depict this situation by saying that they feel as though their arms and legs are tied to concrete blocks, and they have difficulty concentrating, e!.g!., brain fog!.

Sleep disorder - Most fibromyalgia patients have an associated sleep disorder called the alpha-EEG anomaly!. This condition was uncovered in a sleep lab with the aid of a machine that recorded the brain waves of patients during sleep!. Researchers found that the majority of fibromyalgia patients could fall asleep without much trouble, but their deep level (or stage 4) sleep was constantly interrupted by bursts of awake-like brain activity!. Patients appeared to spend the night with one foot in sleep and the other one out of it!.

Beside Fibromyalgia you could have acidic muscles which means you have too much acid in your system!.

Using High Strength Magnesium to Naturally Revitalise and Re-energise your Muscles and Improve Energy LevelsWww@Answer-Health@Com

You didn't mention if they were lower or upper back muscles!. If you tend to do certain movements all the time, you may want to implement a stretching program!. If it's the upper back, it might be stemming from your neck, and looking up neck stretching techniques on Google might benefit you tremendously!.

If you tend to have muscle soreness that gets better quickly after resting, and especially if you have tightness in the muscles you are exercising, it could also be anemia and would be helped by getting more iron in your diet through eating more meat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Magnesium is great for muscle fatigue!

Muscle cramps are often a sign of mineral deficiencies that occur when not enough vital minerals are ingested in the diet!. This could occur as a result of the lack of fresh fruits and vegetables in the diet and soils depleted in magnesium from poor farming methods!. Caffeine and alcohol can also promote these deficiencies!.

One of the primary minerals necessary to support the muscles is Magnesium!. Unfortunately most people don't consume anywhere enough magnesium and are usually well below recommended daily intake levels!.

What I take is L-Glutamine when I need some extra energy for working out, and Yellow Mustard to avoid cramps!. Vitamin-C and Potassium can also help with muscle soreness!. Vitamins B+ will help your body absorb food better, so you can better use protein!. So you need rich proteins like Soy and Flax Seeds to keep your body running strong!. So it's a matter of eating the right things, and getting the rights nutrients into your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
