Answers:
It depends on what stage alzheimers they are in!. My dad suffered alzheimers, and he really enjoyed massages!. He would seem to just be in bliss, and most often fall asleep!. But at that time he was in an advanced stage, so he was always in care in an institution with nurses on hand!. I would guess that early stage patients may very well forget whats going on, you would need to remind them - "you are having a massage Mr xxx, is everything ok!? Do you want to stop!?!? Just relax"!. That sort of comment would be in order, I would suggest!. But surley, a relative or carer needs to be on hand!. And yes, diapers are the norm for advanced alzheimers sufferers!. as per previous studies these types of clients usually do not come alone!.
they will either have a close friend or family member with them or you will need to do an in home visit!.
as therapist u need to treat them as a normal patient with regards to making them feel comfortable but use your training and common Sense to get you through each patient!.
they do not soil their pants nor do they need to be wearing diapers because they have Alzheimers!.

you will get better at this with more experience!.

Charge them twice, once at the start of the massage, and again at the end when they've forgotten they already paid!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
