The stuff you're taking (and many other products) will relieve the symptoms!.

Only antibiotics (or time) will get rid of an infection, and antibiotics are not OTC!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have had my fair share in helping people get over a sinus infection!.

OTC medicines only cover up your symptoms!.

I am against the use of antibiotics, seeing as how they can kill off the good flora in your intestines, and make you more prone to infection later on!.

I have had much success with the use of a Neti pot!. A Neti pot is a small pot that you fill with a solution of warm salt water, and use to flush your nasal passages!. It is not painful, and will help to soothe the swelling and discomfort in the nasal passages!.

You can find this at your local pharmacy, such as CVS, Rite Aid or Walgreens!. Wal Mart even carries them, and they usually run around $14 to $15!.

Not only will this help to clear the infection, but it will also help to prevent future infections!.

Good Luck to you!

Here is a link with some more information regarding the history and usage of the Neti pot!.

The best stuff I have ever taken for a cold/sinus problem contains guaifenesin!. I was given it by my pharmacist!. It rocks!. Seriously!. Makes you feel better all over!. I always use it for colds or sinus problems with congestion or sinus pressure!. Below is a link w/ names you can buy it under!. I get the generic from Walgreens!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

since you're in the alternative medicine section, I'm assuming you okey with natural!.

take some Oil of Oregano capsules
gargle with some Oil of Oregano
take capsules of Olive Leaf Extract!.
