Why can't I swallow pills? D:?!
Question: Why can't I swallow pills!? D:!?
I have some pills that I need to swallow (:O) ok so yesterday i had to take two!. I got 1 and a half down without much of a problem!. But i was trying to take the last half down and then i threw up (because the taste was so bad, and i couldn't swallow it good) and this was the smallest piece, too!.
(I only have to take 1 for the rest of the days i have to eat them)
Any good tricks for swallowing bad tasting pills!? Any good ways to not taste it!? Will I get used to it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have the same problem! What I like to do is suck on a piece of chocolate so the inside of my mouth is coated (for the taste factor), drop the pill in, and chug water until the pill is all the way down!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I have the same problem - I hate taking pills and will always opt for chewables if they're available!. If I have to take them, I've noticed that if you place the pill lengthwise on your tongue and then gulp water down, it goes down quicker and without really tasting it (depending on the type of pill - you almost can't do anything about vitamin Bs, taste will be there no matter how you take it!)!. Afterwards, I have a spoon of peanut butter or chocolate with caramel - something sticky!.!.!. I think it's partially psychological - if I stare at the pill for a while - I just can't take it!. Don't think about it - just start the motions of taking the pill and before you know it - it'll be over with!Www@Answer-Health@Com
